This could also account for the reason David resigned at this particular time. The co. has 30 to 60 days (something like that) in order to fill that position. I can see where David would leave KNOWING that this "Swartz phase" of this story is about to end--his work has been done. In knowing that a M or A is about to be announced the time is right for his departure in order to open his slot on the board for new blood. GL, ads
