If Swartz is out completely by 4/10,

We may also hear about M or A at that time. According to what I have read, time is a big factor for their exit. The filings have lead us to believe that Swartz will have "no say" on a M or A AFTER 5/08. It could be that they have agreed with mngt. to be out completely by 4/10. I will continue to look for the 13G, but as others have pointed out, there may not be one if their holdings are now under the required percentage. GL, ads
