If that is the case then it would be for an insignificant amount of shares (when looking at the volume on the daily chart). You may as well have 50K on the block daily. Conversly, PTSC could have done the very same on the buyback side.

My belief is while there could be a predetermined supposed mechanism in place, it's window dressing and not being used IMO.
