First, he can only sell as many shares as the market will bear.

Second, he had 38 MM plus 7 MM = 45 MM shares as of Oct. 11th, 2007. He had 24 MM as of Dec. 31st, 2007.

That's a dump of 21 MM shares in 11 weeks!!!!!!

I would say that was all the market could bear.

If his selling trend continues, he will be out of shares by Apl. 1, 2008.
