Swartz holding a portion of his shares...
I have always thought he would hold a 'core' position.. shares that he could sell over a long period of time after we've had successful PTO reexams and Fed Appeal.. when we're trading well into the dollars. Of course, it depends on IF Swartz has a deal in place with PTSC for unloading all his shares by a certain time... if such a deal re retail shs could even exist. Of course I was disappointed when he began selling off his retail position after he had (and we had endured) converted/sold all his warrants.. but 35M shares is ALOT of exposure... even when you had already pocketed what.. $100M?.. and those shares are 90+% profit.. it just made sense that he would reduce that exposure.. but down to what? 10M's a nice round number.. Wouldn't it be great if he decided to take a flyer and hold those shares till we hit $2-$3-$5... while we are trading 5-10-20M sh/day... He could add another 20-30% total profit with what would be much less than 10% of his total holdings.. potentially turning those last 10M shs into say $30M (esp since he has already pocketed $XXXM) as opposed to $5M.. but.. $5M is $5M...
