Considering the daily volume of PTSC, the 14.3 million figure tells me Swartz is at least part of the reason for the languishing SP - if not all of the reason.  

We don't know if he's stopped selling, waiting for news to sell or selling a little bit every day.  This is an issue that should have been brought up and explained by Pohl and Turley - they certainly know what's going on.
