Just to add to the S+L speculation...

We know the 13G is as of 30 Dec 07. We do not know IF they have been able to and/or are selling since the Tejas settlemnt. For all we know they possibly haven't been able to sell a share since then...or maybe they have?

Speculation and lack of info seem to be a normal sit/stat.
