You think someone is trying to sell his millions of shares (swartz..fwiw I believe he cannot be selling now due to insider info)

You also think someone (mystery buyer) is trying to buy millions of shares on the sly keeping the price down and also staying under the %5 reporting limit.

You do know that anyone (ie swartz) can sell to anyone (mysterious buyer) at a predetermined price. As many shares as they want.

Maybe you can find out who is the mystery buyer and introduce them...then charge a nice fee.
