My recollection of what he  said is with a favorable outcome the stock could be worth $1.50 to $4.50, if unfavorable it could be worth $0.15.  From the price of the stock under his assessment it looks more unfavorable than favorable.  Then again it's his thoughts not mine.  If that helps.
