In the 14DEF dated Sept. 27th, On Aug. 31st, Lincoln is listed as having 29,624,189 shares. Swartz is listed as having 5,759, 940 shares for a total of 35, 384,129 which included 5 million warrants. So from Sept. 1st til Dec 31st, there has been a reduction of 11,646,300 shares and warrants, which is an average, after subing out the 5 million warrants, of 80,075.9 shares per trading day (83 trading days) IMO.
At that rate, we could have another 2,402,277 shares (30 trading days) out of the S&L pipeline by now leaving aprox. 21,335,552 shares.
