Wolf, (and anyone else who wants to answer),

Sorry for continuing discussion on the past.

Do you believe Swartz is considered and insider for trading purposes, and if so do you think he has been restricted selling by the Texas settlement NDA, as other stated they are.

FWIW and it isn't much, I believe he is an insider and has been restricted.

I look forward to reasons he wouldn't be based on past and present relationships with the company and it's board members.
