And, again, after those buys were accomplished, Head suddenly had a change of heart and retracted his threat, saying he'll wait till after the next 10Q. A further "coincidence".

Do we need this sort of crap going on here? Do we need you reposting it? Is this the extent of your contribution here?

And I'll say again - these "coincidences" IMO hold more water than the ignorant accusations by Head (and before you report me for suggesting Head is ignorant, look up that word - and BTW he is, as are we all about what PTSC management is accomplishing behind the scenes).
