I appreciate the theme of your post, but you still fail to answer the question - blowing it off as "it doesn't matter". And BTW, it's only "the right thing to do" if he has a single, actual FACT as a basis. But he doesn't. Do you make a practice of running around willy-nilly accusing people of things, with no bais in fact? I'm sure that kind of behavior would make you very popular in your community.

Now, if Head were serious, and didn't post the message, but just went ahead and did it (because HE, in his infinite wisdom, "felt" it was the right thing to do, NOW of all times), and by some miracle the SEC actually jumped on it (PTSC would then have to report the investigation to the world), and YOUR investment here plumetted in value, would you still back the action with such conviction? Yup, I'm sure you'd just say "hey, some guy just did what HE thought was the right thing to do, with very little justification by way of facts, and my investment is worth a lot less than it was, but that's okay with me!".

Yup, I'm sure the numbers in April would be really well received (regardless of size), even with THAT cloud hanging. Right....

I'll tell you this: if PTSC reported that they were under investigation by the SEC, I'd unload my position ASAP (even though I suspect no wrong-doing by the company). Why? Because of the cloud it would create. Yup, one thing this investment really needs is another element of uncertainty.....
