did you see the post that mentioned the fact that Riley Investment Management (investment banking co.) has made an offer to purchase Transmeta Co.?

the article stated that the company looking to buy Transmenta is self funded so the cash is there.........and at $15.50 a share for the outstanding 12 mill. shares ...........that's 186 Million bucks.

I have no idea if Riley is the Investment Banking firm PTSC hired but.............if it is.............would Transmenta be a good fit for PTSC?

Appears that it could be to me...........FWIW.

they have 20 million a year coming in from INTEL for the next 5 years and they have IP that is ubiquitous...........power saving IP........that everyone would want.

Also, fwiw...........they did a 20 to 1 reverse split and the shareholders are not too happy about this. The stock is not trading at a dollar amount that would equal what the share value was prior to the split and NOW..........someone is trying to buy transmeta.

PTSC........GO GO GO!!!! And NO R/S.............ever! Please.
