I'm not sure I follow your comment as I don't know where you find that PTSC only got $5M from NEC in Q3/07. Please clarify.

As for my schedule, it breaks NEC into the NEC that signed a license way back when, and the NEC America that just recently settled ligigation. We know from SEC filings that the first NEC paid $15.99M to PDS. We also know from NEC filings that they NEC Corp makes approx $38.9B in annual revenues. For the purposes of estimating only, I arbitrarily assigned 3/4 of NEC's annual revenues to the first entitiy and 1/4 to NEC America. That is simply me making an accomdation so that I can plug in a figure. I couldn't find any filings from NEC that actually showed the breakdown.

We're still waiting to find out what the NEC America paid, but based solely on that breakdown in NEC annual revenues, and the historical average of $1 paid in license for every $1956 made by the infringer, I'm estimating that NEC America paid PDS $5.11M to settle.
