IMO you are right!

It more or less all finally depends on the validity. Besides the filed lawsuits, we knew that we finally need results from the ongoing reex. to strengthen the MMP.

It would be nice to here some words from TPL or PTSC. I would be much better to get the right news from the USPTO.
