If April numbers are bad ... I will join the ranks of the disillusioned ... If they are good, then all this is wasted energy.

Caution with the above statement.... IMHO we may get the numbers and have no idea about the value of the settlement.... It is very possible that we are going to be getting paymants...(Lecky stated this)... we may get the numbers and be unaware of future royalty payments.... My hope is that a statement is made stating this fact... I also believe last 1/4 numbers & settelements may not include future payments.... The only way will know is by a statement or over time we will see the build up of these payments.... It may be wishful thinking but I see this as a possible.....
