We most definitely would rather be litigating in EDoT as oposed to NDCa.. IMO, a requset for change of venue will be forthcoming, and with our prev venue change history, ETex familiarity with the prev litigation & patents, and Patent Reform S.1145 yet to address Venue concerns, these cases should be headed to Marshall...
