Like everyone else here, I don't really know squat about these new lawsuits at this point. In fact, I'm hoping that they are going to be good for us in the long run. But in the short run, even though I'm hoping for/expecting good numbers come April, I'm afraid that this news will put a damper on the SP no matter what our April numbers are. But on the flip side, it seems to be the pattern here that when there is good news the SP goes down. So maybe having some uncertain news will drive the SP up.... Who can say?

One thing that I have learned from this stock and company is that logic doesn't seem to apply so well...

PS: By the way, I CANNOT BELIEVE that Hawk is still with us. Talk about a blatent waste of money! Better yet, talking about shooting yourself in the foot every chance you get!! Unreal!
