see us getting sued/countersued/whatever as good news.

What could happen with the T3 could happen with the J3. I.e. another NDA. And the last thing we need is another one of those. It's tearing this board apart.

It just seems to me these past and presants lawsuits do more bad than good.

Makes me wonder if a M&A will ever go through.

Now hand me a binky and a bottle.
