I just sent Ken an email repeating what Eric said to my husband and I at the Oct. SHM.

Again, I asked Eric Swartz if he would have a say in the M/A activities that JT had just talked about in the meeting.

Eric looked at me in a curious way and said, NO........I gave up my right to have a say when I converted all warrants..........my husband was standing right there with me when Eric said these words.  He didn't say it was effective May 31, 2008.  He said he had NO SAY anymore.

Take it anyway you want it.  As I stated above......I emailed Ken at Hawk and told him this as well............he just sent an email back thanking me for the info...........again......FWIW.

Dave and I are patiently waiting............just not posting too much anymore.
