If the numbers are big come April.. this lawsuit will only further cement the fact that fees for licensing the MMP have gone up substantially... These new lawsuits in fact could actually be good news... And the fact that the T3 have decided to sue us instead of license (after 14 months of negotiation) supports the notion that the J numbers in the April Q may in fact just be quite big and Lecky has finally gotten serious... Given our Markman, the work that TTC has already got under their belt, the fact that these cases may be relocated to Marshall, '584 Rebuttal may actually strengthen it, '148 Reexaminer is going to re/consider Moore's argument... I look forward to how this unfolds.. Good April numbers now will be even more of a milestone and that much more telling, even if the share price does not initially reflect it... I'm beginning to think those April numbers might be fairly impressive... and the development of these lawsuits a necessary not-so-evil...
