SGE..IMO. if the re-exam is favorable, we'll never get to court to recoover any costs that exist prior to the case being heard. We'll settle just like the J cases were and in many cases the court rules that each side bears their own costs for their lawyers too. If we do go to trial though I expect that would be a condition asked for by both sides if they are ruled the winner in court. But I don't see us in court for a trial, just spending a lot of dollars leading up to it and preparing for it by the lawyers, and paying their 100's of $$ an hour rate too.
