I predict that no  one is going to sign on unless they at least know a ball park figure. With the NDA noboby knows anything, so who would settle now?

I've said this earlier. I don't see how anyone would sign an agreement without knowing what the other guy  (J3's) paid. These law suits don't surprize me one bit.It is a way of forcing some disclosures. Talk about being blindsided!
