A "royalty-bearing product" means any product defined by any claim of the licensed patent or made by a process or method claimed in the licensed patent;

The "net selling price" shall mean the invoice price of the royalty-bearing product sold and not returned.  A royalty-bearing product will be considered to be sold when shipped or delivered to a customer;
