A perception not based in reality

1) I remind you how the concern trolls came in and put down our guy in Marshall. Characterizing him as bumbling. He pwned them in the Markman. Perceptions notwithstanding.

2) Also, One of the White partners was just named head of the ABA.

I think they look pretty tough.
