By making their move to sue before TPL/Patriot they control venue.I think this is an advantage they were seeking. Otherwise, I can see no reason for their move. Now if we can convince the California judge that the Texas venue should be maintained I think it will stop an avalanche of such suits. Perhaps that should be reason enough to keep the Texas venue?
