And of course if they had knowledge of material information, then there must have been a material event, and if that is true then their last 8K filing should have been under the "Material Event" heading, which for some reason they chose not to do, but instead filed as "other events". I only mention this because it is typical of how this company chooses to operate and why investors are staying away.
