Wolf, thanks for posting that story.  Let’s not think for  a second that Patriot Scientific falls into the category that Rick Frenkel describes as a “shell company”….“with little cash and assets other than patents and a desire to litigate, and did not make and had never made any products.”

I have seen our former CEO come to tears as he greeted former Product Engineers at Annual Share Holder Meetings: these were Engineers that he had to lay-off because of Patriot’s inability to “stay above water.”  PTSC strived for many years to develop, launch and market its products.  I know, because I was a share holder…yes, even before they were selling their “java chip”, ground penetrating radar, etc.
