ASYNCHRONOUS/SYNCHRONOUS CPU imbedded on a DRAM chip...
This is a processor with a combination of DRAM 311/ and CPU 314 mated on the same substraight. It`s not the Sh-Boom processor as it utilizes different techniques within
that double the speed...it does not utilize the same register and fetch array as on the Sh_Boom....it does not have a name...and more than likely morphed into the Ignite.
This processor has direct memory access to the DRAM without an external bus and does not need the external crystal clock necessary for the Sh-Boom processor...with regard to memory management over an external bus.
Note: Sh-Boom is made up of two processors...the main processor 70 along with a DMA CPU 72(direct memory access).
Utilizing the Fish within the processor for the internal bus...along with a fixed crystal for the external bus.
The DRAM in this system is not direct because there is an external bus...however, the DMA CPU is distinct in what it does for both external and internal bus.
========================
On the no name processor (DRAM311 and CPU314)....CPU314 is the DMA CPU 72 that sits on the Sh-Boom....modified.
Together these two units exhibit direct memory access as they all sit together within the confines of an internal bus.
The internal structure of the DRAM is leveraged to handle the register functions...etc...that the Sh-Boom main CPU 70 handled....inherently making it a much faster device.
