That is a wild guess of 150 for PTSC 150/392= .38 However not .38 eps if the big ones are spread over time. I will belive that they will spread out some and look for about .20 esp for the quarter. What will that bring our pps to?

BTW, I was thinking that other companies would wait untill the next suits progressed before more settlements; you just can't tell.
