Now, now, you underestimate me. lol. I actually checked all of the PR's on that site, and while it's true the early ones were random, that changed in late 06 early 07.

Since PRs numbering in the 30's (beginning of last year) they are essentially in order (except in rare occassions where 2 were issued in the same day, the lower number appears above the upper number). There are a coupl of instances where numbers were skipped, but again that's rare.

I know it's probaly nothing, but considering the company's inability to issue consistent numbering in the PR's, and the question whether Mattel should be 39 or 40, it seemed odd that they skipped one this time. Probably coincidence, but perhaps not. We'll see soon enough I suppose.
