I went back over the PR's and I think that my count mistake was based on the words "since 2006"

yetserday's count of 40 was correct when pre 2006 ( AMD and INTC) are included otehrwise since TPL january of 2006 we are at 38.

So we are at 39 post 2006 and 41 when teh AMD and INTC are included.
