I agree 100%.  With no successful track record, why would a PTSC acquisition automatically produce a share price increase?  The marketplace doesn't give our mgt. the time of day, let alone the benefit of the doubt on an acquisition.

A major exchange listing IMHO should be an absolute prerequisite for any M&A target on which PTSC performs due diligence.
