Not sure I understand what you are trying to state, but in my e-mail which I posted yesterday, I included the lists of signers as I understood them.  The response I got back specifically stated that APC and JVC, while affiliated with Schneider Electric and Matsushita respectively should be counted as separate licenses from those affiliated compnanies.  While not specifically stated, I had listed NEC Electronics of America as separate from NEC on my list, so those count as separate licenses as well.  So with that understanding, Mattel with pronounce the 40th license in yesterday's PR by both TPL & PTSC, and my understanding is that will be the norm from now on.   Today, AMO made it 41.
