Other Imsys contact as an Acqusition target?

Gary Hoffman was one of the other people added to the Imsys list.  He's the CEO of Advanced Power Technologies.  Looks like a private company, but wondering if anyone knows anything about them.  If they are profitable, annual revs, etc.  Not necessarily the ideal target on the surface, but might be something to consider seeing as Turley & Tredenick are "working" with him with the Imsys setup.
