Maybe we are seeing different things here.

SBSH is on the BID. Meaning he needs shares. When Joe Traders sells his shares at the bid..... SBSH is taking them. SBSH wants them because he can turn around and sell them at the ask....

SBSH pulls the ASK down a fraction if there is another MM sitting with him on the ask. He wants to make sure the orders are routed with him as he has the best ASK price at that momment. SBSH call only pull it down so far...because of the bid.

SBSH could be trying to get the best SH for their customer. So they pull the ask when they can to fill the order for the buyer. Once he has taken care of that order..... or nobody is selling to him on the BID..... he has to raise his BID & ASK....

If SBSH was NOT on the bid..... i would be worried... they could move down to .39 or .38 and sit there waiting for shares..... but they arent. They are on the front lines grabbing the shares on the bid. If they lower the bid... the MM with him will usually do the same....

SBSH is our ally right now... im sorry.. if you think otherwise.....but thats what im seeing and have been seeing with them on PTSC.
