People who think PTSC is being manipulated because of the low SP... dont understand  stocks, converitble notes...etc...

We already know that S & L have been exiting their position.... SEC filings....  we know they got their shares for next to nothing...(converitble notes/warrants)

As the SP goes down.... investors get nervous dont buy  or add to the supply of shares for sells.

At some point the balance gets tipped... more buyers and than sellers and the  SH moves the opposite direction..

People who call out MMs and manipulation.... dont know understand that stocks go up and go down... watch and learn..and stop calling the house a cheater.. otherwise dont play....
