Not sure if they can do this legally. Purchase from a single investor. I'm sure they could offer all shareholders the opportunity to sell back to the company at a fixed price. Say the fixed price was $.50. Most retail would hold, but Swartz would happily unload most if not all he has. IMHO Opty
