The only one who would benefit from a low share price would be an entity in the process of acquiring PTSC. Such entity could be collecting shares while at the same time allowing Swartz to exit thus enabling the pps to feel the downward pressure of constant selling while not feeling the constant pressure of continued accumulation as long as the accumulation rate stays just below the dump rate of Swartz.
Now, based on the "business resoultion" of the J-3 settlement in the Texas court, and the pursuant NDA, and the company's self-imposed quiet period, could it be that we will be holding Japenese stock certificates instead of PTSC shares in the near future???
In as much as a Master Agreement exist with PTSC and TPL, it could certainly be arranged that TPL could sign off on the acquisition of PTSC for a number of perks, ie. guarentees of sort for ongoing purchaeses of products from TPL's holdings, cash, Japenese stock, future shared settlement dollars, guarenteed job as council in future law suits, etc.
Opinions encouraged, because I know what SG1 knows.....nottin'
GLTA Longs.................Go PTSC !!!
