Understand I am not saying that PTSC is involved or there is anything wrong with company. Etrade seems to be saying that security may be breeched and stock sold from an account causing that price to collapse. This is not shorting in the conventional sense. Hence, the owner of the account must give a verbal order to a broker for security and protection.
