Hopefully we will be ok but the stock price has been tanking ever since the 12-21-2007 Reexam Non-Final Action Mailed

Now it has always been suspicious that the settlement news of

12/18 news was immediately followed by the 12/21 notification

But there are coincedences and lets hope that the 148 will receive a speedy

response from the PTO in our favor.

My biggest worry has always been that the license fee is contingent on teh 148 and 336

being upheld by the PTO and the reason for teh NDA was to avoid similar provisions in other contracts and that the hope was that the

148 and 336 would be upheld before the release of the earnings.

Well this has been a lot of fun, I've never laid down such a large bet on roulette

but I'll take the 35 to 1 when it comes in
