...or JT truly was basically an 'interim' CEO.. when Pohl resigned they couldn't find whom they wanted or they couldn't get an acceptance.. so JT, being quite respected in the industry, stepped up to the plate and accepted the position. I would guess JT was pretty excited to lead this company into and thru M/A.. but disappointedly found himself fit for a muzzle..
