I have to wonder who on the BOD is REALLY calling the shots.

I also wonder if Gloria etal on the board have that kind of clout. It seems most longs feel a few of these board members should be long-gone. Maybe the number of their shares along with Swartz, via Johnson, really call the shots.

I think this last move will turn out to be in the shareholders best interest. This guy has some cred in the direction we want to go.
