Swartz and TPL do not have the control over PTSC, thus I highly doubt it, that Turley was forced to resign by them.
It's much more reasonable, that it is, what it seemed to be last year, when most of us were surprised by the signing of Turley as CEO (remember he only got a one year contract!):
Turley was an interims CEO from the beginning IMHO. He was a writer and not a maker (hope this works in English...lol).
My guess is, that it not only took the time to find the right CEO (though Goerner speaks to be another Interim CEO, but that's a different topic we can discuss), but it had to be the right time and situation for a SENIOR PROFESSIONELL CEO - and maybe NOW this time is coming.
Sorry to say this for all the Turley-lovers, but I'm very happy with this decision...
