If he did, then was he on favor of getting rid of Turley or was he out voted?

If he did not have any say and this all developed after he left then a headless board of dierectors decided to axe the CEO and Pres on their own? The three remaining directors outvoted Turley?

I have to assume Turley was axed. I base that assumption on the premise that no CEO would voluntarily lay on his sword on the EVE of the stock explosion that I (we) are betting on.
