I feel vindicated. It's a good feeling.

When JT was made CEO I expressed concerns.
At the Fall Shareholders' meeting I expressed concerns.
I was vilified and ridiculed for "JT talks a lot but says nothing".
I ask you you this... how many CEOs have been so absent from showing leadership, especially one of a company with such an interesting story and a need to show a plan for the future? In the past several months JT's very few comments have been primarily to re-affirm the product of the efforts of TPL/Alliasense. Many licenses have been agreed, presumably bringing in many dollars - yet what has been done to invest them?

JT was not stupid, I'll say that. Anyone who can rake in the salary and fees he has with so little apparent effort or leadership is certainly not stupid.

At the Fall Shareholders' meeting I had asked why there was no venture capital expertise on the Board. I guess it has taken them these several months to come up with the answers.

I sincerely hope this change heralds a new era for PTSC. One of better communication to its shareholders, one with a declaration to grow the company to $1/share and get back onto NASDAQ so that market-makers cannot control stock pricing.

I hope RG (not me, the other one!) will soon respond to the questions so poorly answered before.
