Moxa, I do agree with what u have said. But any change from the current BOD is positive IMO and he is not tied to S&L. This, for me, is a positive. The post by Wolf regarding interim CEO's was quite positive also. I dont mind (and I hope the market sees it this way also) that Mr. Goerner may not be CEO on a permanent basis...but was brought in to make things happen and make them happen in a short time. The investor may look at this as a glass half empty/ full situation. But most of the followers of this company know that our weak spot is managment. I dont see Mr. Goerner as a rent a CEO to do the appeasing of S&L. Mr. Groener actually has credentials where Mr Turley did not.
I think Turley wanted to PR the company and probably initially had TPL blessing. But I think "jimmy the quip" said a few things even some on this board have questioned and he was silenced. We lost a lot of momentum because (IMO) he was not allowed to promote the company and I do not think it was because of the NDA. I believe it was because he said some things that were questionable and the risk of allowing Jimmy to hit the PR road was determined to be too great a liabilty in our current NDA environment.
I hope Mr. Groener is viewed as positive move by the investor. we shall see come Monday. best to all,
