Turley: Why did he resign from the board?

If the plan was for him to be a temp ceo, why would he also resign from the board and leave the company all together?

Did he exercise all of his stock options?

I am relieved that many of you believe we are in good/better hands with our new guy. 

Will Nick and Cliff stay?
