The fact that Turley not only is no longer CEO, but that he is no longer on the board, somewhat supports the leaving was not under happy conditions. I wonder if there was disagreement over an acquisition possibility? There was an article in the San Diego Union this morning titled "Patriot Scientific replaces CEO, who also leaves board."
